By accessing and using Silicryp's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Silicryp provides lead generation services through advanced AI technology and social network integration. Our services include prospect identification, lead qualification, and social media advertising campaign management.

2.1 Lead Generation Services

We provide qualified leads based on your specified criteria. Leads are sourced through legitimate means including social networks, public databases, and professional platforms.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced per qualified lead as outlined in our pricing structure. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target customer criteria
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when contacting leads
  • Maintaining professional standards when engaging with provided prospects
  • Timely payment of agreed fees

4. Lead Quality and Guarantees

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the specified criteria agreed upon in your service contract. If a lead does not meet the agreed criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

4.1 Lead Verification

All leads undergo multi-channel verification including email validation, phone verification, and demographic confirmation where applicable.

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. All prospect information is obtained through legitimate means and handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, software, and methodologies used by Silicryp remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Silicryp's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads that fail to meet agreed criteria. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding leads will be delivered and final payment will be due.

10. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Clients must comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
  • GDPR (where applicable)
  • State and local privacy regulations

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.
